SPINACH STUFFING FOR PLAIN PARATHAS [Calorie Count: 25]
(preparation time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 5 minutes, for 12 parathas.)

Ingredients:


4 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED SPINACH
2 CHOPPED ONIONS
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
4 TABLESPOONS CRUMBLED PANEER
2 TEASPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Heat the oil and fry the onions for 1/2 minute. Add the green chillies and fry again for a few seconds. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water, if any. Add the paneer and salt.
