SPICY CORN PULAO [Calorie Count: 105]


Ingredients:


2 CUPS RICE
TSP CHILLI POWDER
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUMS
1 CUP SLICED ONION
CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
4 TBSPS OIL
2 TBSPS CORIANDER-CUMIN POWDER
1 CUP COOKED CORN OR TINNED CORN
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES
2 TBSPS GREEN CHILLI-GINGER
2 TBSPS COCONUT PASTE
4 CUPS WATER
TSP CORIANDER-CUMIN POWDER
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Heat the oil. Fry the onions and ginger-chilli paste till it is brown in colour. Add the tomatoes,corn,capsicum,coconut paste and all the dry masalas, cook for two minutes.Add the hot water, washedrice, salt to taste and coriander leaves. Cook till done.
