SOYA PANCAKES

Ingredients:
½ CUP WHEAT FLOUR 2 TBSP SOYA FLOUR 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER ½ TSP AJWAIN ¼ TSP BAKING POWDER ½ CUP WARM CURD SALT TO TASTE
Preparation :
Mix the ingredients and make a batter with water, beat it well. Heat the tawa ((iron griddle). Take a ladieful of this batter and spread on the tawa in a circular motion. Sprinkle oil and cover it with a lid. Turn it over to cook the other side.Serve hot.
