SOYA BEAN SOUP [Calorie Count: 26]


Ingredients:


1 LIRES WATER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 CUP SOYA BEANS
1 TBLSP BUTTER
1 LARGE ONION (CHOPPED FINE)
1 CUP THICK TOMATO JUICE
1/2 TSP AJINOMOTO


Preparation :
Soak beans overnight. Cook beans in a pressure sooker till very soft and pulpy.Strain through a sieve. In a large saucepan fry the onions in butter till light brown. Add tomato juice, bean extract, seasoning and enough water to make a thick soup.Simmer for half an hour.Sprinkle with lemon-juice and serve steaming hot in soup bowls.
