(preparation time: 10 minutes, no cooking, makes 4 sandwiches.)

Ingredients:


4 BROWN BREAD SLICES
FOR THE SANDWICH FILLING
1 TEACUP FINELY CHOPPED BOILED
VEGETABLES (CARROTS,CABBAGE,GREEN PEAS,CAULIFLOWER,POTATOES,FRENCH BEANS)
3 TO 4 TABLESPOONS FRESH CREAM
2 TEASPOONS THICK FRESH CURDS
2 TABLESPOONS GRATED CARROTS
1 TEASPOON MUSTARD POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR
1 TEASPOON SALT
A PINCH PEPPER POWDER


Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling. Divide the mixture into two and spread over 2 slices of bread. Cover with the other 2 slices.
