PANEER GREEN MASALA [Calorie Count: 84]


Ingredients:


200 GMS PANEER
CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUMS
2 CUPS CORIANDER LEAVES
CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1 TSP GINGER PASTE
1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE
CUP CURD
1 TBSP OIL
2 TBSPS POPPY SEEDS
1 TBSP CHOPPEE CASHEWNUTS
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Grind the corinder leaves, onions, ginger, garlic, cashewnuts, green chilli and poppy seeds together. Heat the oi, fry the paneer and capsicum for a minute. Remove from the pan and keep aside. In the same pan, fry the ground masala for two minutes.Add curd and the paneer and capsicum to it. Mix well. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
