1 CHOPPED ONION
2 TEASPOONS BUTTER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Chop the mushrooms. Heat the butter and fry the mushrooms and onion for 1 minute add 4 teaups of water and put to cook. When cooked, blend in a liquidiser. Add salt and pepper to taste.
