MIXED VEGETABLES IN CREAMY SAUCE [Calorie Count: 113]
(preparation time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 2.)

Ingredients:


1 TEACUP SLICED AND BOILED MIXED
VEGETABLES (FRENCH BEANS, CARROTS, CAULIFLOWER)
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
1 TEACUP WHITE SAUCE
1 TEASPOON BUTTER
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


Preparation :
Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the green chilli and fry again for 1/2 minute. Add the vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Add the white sauce, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
