MINT LASSI [Calorie Count: 55]


Ingredients:


4 TBSP CHOPPED POODINA (MINT LEAVES)-CRUSHED ROGHLY ON A CHAKLA-BELAN
1 1/2 CUPS CRUD PREPARED FROM SKIMMED MILK
1/2 TSP KALA NAMAK (ROCK SALT)
1/2 TSP BHUNA JEERA (ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS) POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
3 CUPS WATER
6-8 ICE CUBES


Preparation :
Wash & chop mint leaves. Crush on a chakla-belan to a rough paste. Put curd, crushed mint, jeera powder, kala namak & salt in a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Add chilled water & cubes of ice. Blend till frothy. Serve sprinkled with a pinch ofbhunajeera & garnished with a few finely chopped mint leaves.
