MANGO SMOOTHIE [Calorie Count: 142]
(1 cup - mango smoothie)

Ingredients:


10 TO 15 LARGE CABBAGE LEAVES
2 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED MIXED BOILED
VEGETABLES (CARROTS, FRENCH BEANS, CAULIFLOWER, GREEN PEAS)
1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
1 TEACUP TOMATO GRAVY
50 GRAMS PANEER
1 TABLESPOON OIL
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


Preparation :
In a blender, combine the pineapple with juice, mangoes and bananas. Process until smooth. Add the frozen yogurt. Blend well. With the blender running, gradually drop in enough ice to bring the level up to 4 cups. Blend until the ice is pureed. Makes 4 servings.
