A FEW LETTUCE LEAVES
2 TEACUPS CHOPPED FRUITS (APPLES, PEARS, WATERMELON, MELON)
1 TEACUP GRATED CARROTS
2 TEACUPS CURD CHEESE DIP
Place the lettuce leaves and carots in separate bowls of cold water for about 30 minutes. Drain. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces, approximately square in size. Arrange the lettuce pieces in one corner of a large tray, fruits in another andcarrots in a third, leaving sufficient margin in the centre. Put the cheese dip in a bowl and place this bowl in the centre of the tray.
