HOT GINGER TEA [Calorie Count: 19]
(for 4 cups of tea)

Ingredients:


A PIECE OF GINGER
2 CUPS WATER
2 CUPS MILK
3 TSPS SUGAR
2 TSPS TEA LEAVES (or 1 1/2 tsps Tea dust)


Preparation :
Boil the water. Crush the piece of ginger & put it in the hot water. Add the sugar & tea leaves. After boiling for about 2 minutes , add the milk & boil till desired colour & flavour is obtained.
