CUMCUMBER SNACK [Calorie Count: 29]
(preparation time: a few minutes,no cooking, serves 4.)

Ingredients:


3 MEDIUM CUCUMBERS
50 GRAMS PANEER
1 TEASPOON FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL (SUVA)
1/4 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
3 TEASPOONS FRESH CURDS
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Divide each cucumber into two, horizontally. Scoop out the centres. Grate the paneer. Add the dill, chilli, curds and salt. Fill the cucumber centres with the paneer mixture. Cut into slices.
