CAULIFLOWER STUFFING FOR PLAIN PARATHAS

Ingredients:
2 TEACUPS GRATED CAULIFLOWER 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN SEEDS 1 CHOPPED ONION 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER (OPTIONAL) 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER 2 TEASPOONS OIL SALT TO TASTE
Preparation :
Heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds for 1/2 minute. Add the onion, green chillies and fry again for 1/2 minute. Add the cauliflower and salt, sprinkle a little water and cook until three-quarters cooked. Add the chilli powder and coriander and mix well.
