CARROT AND PANEER TOAST [Calorie Count: 133]
(preparation time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 5 minutes, makes 3 toasts.)

Ingredients:


3 BROWN BREAD SLICES
1 TEACUP GRATED CARROT
50 GRAMS GRATED PANEER
1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO
1/4 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
1 TEASPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER
1 TEASPOON BUTTER
SALT TO TASTE


Preparation :
Toast the bread slices. Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt, divide into three. Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.
