CABBAGE ROLLS [Calorie Count: 130]
(preparation time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 30 minutes, serves 4.)

Ingredients:


10 TO 15 LARGE CABBAGE LEAVES
2 TEACUPS FINELY CHOPPED MIXED BOILED
VEGETABLES (CARROTS, FRENCH BEANS, CAULIFLOWER, GREEN PEAS)
1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
1 TEACUP TOMATO GRAVY
50 GRAMS PANEER
1 TABLESPOON OIL
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


Preparation :
Cook the cabbage leaves in salted water for 1 minute. Drain thoroughly. Heat the oil and fry the onion for a few seconds. Add the green chillies and fry again for a few seconds. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper. Place a little vegetable mixture oneach cabbage leaf and spread a little tomato gravy on top. Roll up each leaf and arrange on a greased baking dish. Boil the balance tomato gravy and pour over the rolls. Sprinkle the paneer on top.
