ALOOS IN POODINA CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
½ CUP CHOPPED DHANIA (CORIANDER)-CHOPPED ALONG WITH STEM ½ CUP POODINA (MINT) LEAVES 1 GREEN CHILLI ¼ TSP ROASTED JEERA,½ TSP SALT OR TO TASTE 1 TSP AMCHOOR,1 TSP SUGAR 5-6 SMALL SIZED POTATOES-BOILED ½" PIECE GINGER-GRATED THICKLY
Preparation :
Boil & peel potatoes. Cut into 1"pieces. Keep aside. Wash leaves thoroughly. Mix all ingredients of the chutney & grind to a thick paste with about 1 tbsp water, just enough to grind. Mix potatoes with chutney. Garnish with grated ginger.
