Reply : There could be a medical condition, such as "sleep apnea," causing his snoring. There are some remedies available with and without prescription. Get him the "nasal strips" usually located in the same section as aspirin, and tell him to check with a doctor.

Reply : I like the rolling over idea. I will have to try that...he'll probably get more sleep. I usually have to nudge my husband, sometimes a lot, like rock him, until he sort of wakes himself up and stops.

Reply : When he is sleeping on his back, but a pillow to his side away from you. Then gently rool him onto his side, towards the pillow. He will naturally curl up to the pillow, and he will not be able to snore when sleeping on his side. This does work, I use it when my husband is loud. :)
