Question : When going on a trimming-down regime is it necessary to consult your doctor or a dietician?

Reply : I am a married woman. Not yet completed one year. I wanted some exercise with regard to my tummy. It goes on increasing day by day. Please give me an exercise how to be normal. Secondly since I am married woman, I and my husband is trying for a child. So it is harmful to do exercise if I am expecting. Please suggest me. Thanks

Reply : hey pals,i'll tell u all a very fast & natural way to reduce the stomach.here we go,just take a deep breath & pull in your stomach.count ten or 15.increase the counts...can do it anywhere,anytime..my stomach is flat & the only reason is i keep it in all the time.but REMEMBER to do it often...:)goodluck all!

Reply : i recently and fortunately went on a site.. which has information on a seed called " flax" this is proven to b weight reducer n also minimizes the risk of menu-pause... there are 2 kinds of FLAX seeds golden or yellow n brown .. both r equaly effective.. its recommended to grind them because they are hard in texture n eat them with yogurt, each morning. try this it may help you all. if u search on goggle for "flax seed", u might c some sites dat offer recipes dat includes falx seed to make it easier to eat.. GOOD LUCK ;)

Reply : Hi Rakesh, which ever kind of exercise you choose is going to take some time to reduce your tummy. But you can go for either swimming or brisk walking. But dont jog coz it could be harmful for your knees. Swimming is the best exercise. Swim 5 days a week for half an hour. I hope this helps.

Reply : Yes, absolutely. I thought that I was overweight and went on a crash diet without consulting my doctor and I was so weak that within weeks I was totally dehydrated and had to be hospitalised. It is my advise to all that if you want to go on a diet then please consult your doctor otherwise the after effects are very frightening.
